Terrible, absolutely terrible. The old, dirty carpeted floor and many parts of the room were unclean — bedding, closet, table, balcony — overall it felt like nothing had been cleaned. There were squashed bug bodies stuck to the walls, a clothes hanger left on the table, dust in the closet, dead flies on the bed, and the balcony had cigarette ash and bird droppings still there. The window screens were unmaintained and dirty, so opening the door felt gross. The sliding balcony door in the room also barely opened; when I called the front desk they told me to use force to open it. They didn’t even provide indoor slippers for such a dirty floor. Usually hotels or motels at least provide slippers to wear inside the room, but they didn’t here, haha. I had to ask and then received some; when I opened under the closet I found a shoved-aside pair but I didn’t wear them because it felt gross. I was given disposable slippers, which I used. Why were there slippers but they didn’t give them initially? As soon as we checked in the room was full of a musty, humid, unpleasant smell. I had booked the room to have a fun time with my mom, but it was just uncomfortable. I wanted to go home immediately. After I complained they wiped down the closet and table and replaced the bedding, but the uneasy feeling remained. This place was the worst of the worst. I have stayed abroad and never had a room this dirty… This is the first time I’ve seen a room like this. It clearly needs better maintenance… It seems like they don’t even cover the basics. If not fixed, this place will fail. I’m saying this because I’m worried. I’ve used other businesses in this same hotel building and those were clean, so why is this one like this? +Water pressure is good and hot water comes quickly, which is nice, but the sink and shower floor drains clog quickly. Please maintain them.

I will write this without any falsehoods. I usually find writing reviews a hassle, so whether something is great or terrible I just let it be. This place was so awful I felt compelled to write my first-ever accommodation review. Shocking points. 1. As soon as I opened the room door there was a pungent, stale smell and mildew odor filling the place. I assumed it was due to aging and tried to tolerate it. When I went into the bathroom and lifted the toilet lid I got the first shock: someone had used the toilet and left it without flushing, with toilet paper and feces still inside. The toilet wasn’t clogged — it was simply not cleaned. 2. The towels were not hotel towels; they were all mixed up. It looked like a private home. There was even a congratulatory towel from a Christian pastor, with the pastor’s face printed on it—anyone who sees it would know what I mean. 3. The toilet and handwashing area were small, and there was a jacuzzi and a small shower area on what felt like a balcony. The ocean view was nice because the window was big. But I went out onto the balcony to look inside, and everything was too visible when you were naked. You can clearly see traces of where curtains used to be—the rail remains, but it looks like the curtains were removed due to age. When I asked the front desk they said there were never curtains and that it was on a high floor so it didn’t matter. Do they not realize people on boats out in front of the sea can see in? I was too embarrassed to shower. 4. Based on all of this, you can assume they simply did not clean. The bedding and pillow stains were severe. There were what looked like bloodstains from popped pimples on the pillow; this hotel defies imagination. Even motels are much cleaner and nicer than this. I can understand carpet stains to some extent as unavoidable, but there definitely needs to be significant improvement. Pros: The ocean view in the morning is nice. I have a lot more to say, but these are the major, factual shocks I experienced. Decide for yourself after reviewing this.
The view is very nice meow, but the room is different from the photos meow.
First, we booked two rooms and only one car entered, but because parking spaces were insufficient we drove around the underground parking several times and ended up parking in the outside public parking lot and walking to the accommodation. There was a paid parking lot right in front of the hotel, so I asked the staff at check-in and they said parking fees are not covered (other hotels in other areas sometimes cover parking fees when guests have to use paid parking due to limited spaces). Second, when we entered the room the carpet had heavy stains and overall the cleaning condition was poor, so we were disappointed.

It was wonderful to relax in the spa and on the terrace while enjoying the ocean view!
First, parking was very difficult which put me in a bad mood. The accommodation's condition and cleanliness were very poor, and there were many Chinese guests, which made using the elevators and nearby facilities inconvenient. I really liked the view, but I was largely disappointed with the other aspects.

Spacious and clean, I liked it.
The room was large, clean, and fine.
It was really great! I'm leaving satisfied!
The ocean view covers everything ^^ Highly recommended if you want an ocean view As for cleanliness, it's OK if you're not picky
