In accordance with the Act on Promotion of Saving and Recycling of Resources, a resource recycling law implemented by the government, H Avenue Gumi Okgye Branch sells disposable items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors) for a fee.

- Entry is not permitted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, including infants and young children, and cancellation and refund are not possible for this reason.
- Rooms may be assigned differently from the image depending on the room type.
- Due to the nature of real-time bookings, duplicate bookings may occur, and reservations may be canceled.
- Cancellation and refund fees will apply for cancellations due to simple change of mind or customer circumstances.
- In case of damage to or loss of company items, compensation must be made according to company standards.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Failure to observe basic etiquette, or actions that cause harm or discomfort to others, are grounds for immediate eviction.
- Cooking and use of open flames are prohibited in the rooms to prevent fire.
