Temperature Hotel & Spa Seoul Jongno Branch

The facilities were clean and the location was good.

My stay time was uncertain so I booked a day-use as well and ended up staying for two nights haha.

My parents had a gathering in Seoul and one of them has some mobility issues, so I looked for a place close to the meeting spot and chose this. I stopped by briefly, and the location was better than I expected and it is clean. I did not know there were small hotels tucked into corners nearby~ This one seems larger, the station is close, and I am satisfied. I especially liked that the bathroom has a dry separation. The QR code checkout extension service is simple, which is nice.

This was the best accommodation I stayed at during my Seoul trip~ It was clean and the items available for use were good.

I rested comfortably during my 4-night stay and am checking out now. The staff were friendly. I especially appreciated the simple breakfast provided in the morning—good. A minor downside is that there were not enough hangers.

The reception was nice and the accommodation was in good condition! The bathtub wasn't as large as in the photos, but it was adequate so I liked it. Overall it felt well maintained and clean, so we rested well.

The room was wonderful—cozy, warm, and I was able to rest comfortably.

Cleanliness was satisfactory. However, the sound of water draining from the bathtub in the room above or next door was really loud and oddly disturbing; at first I didn't know what the noise was and it was so loud I thought about asking to change rooms, but everything had already been prepared so I just endured it. Also the room was very dry. Overall disappointing.

All the staff were friendly, and the room condition and amenities made it really comfortable to rest. I felt that everything was well cared for!
