Jamsil Orosie Hotel

I stayed here because we were going to Lotte World. It's only a few minutes' walk to the Jamsil food alley and it was great. The bed was soft and very comfortable.

When I entered the building to check in, my first impression was that the soundbar and the mysterious atmosphere felt new. Since it is a 3-star property, I admit I had higher expectations than when using a regular lodging. However, check-in took twice as long as at a normal place, and the staff assisted without sufficient explanation, so from a guest's perspective I was left standing around awkwardly for several minutes, which was disappointing. Not only that, but the overall service from other staff members felt more like what part-time workers would provide rather than hotel employees. The room condition was good, and while the ability to control the room via a tablet seemed like it could be more convenient, personally I found it uncomfortable. Because the controls did not respond instantly and had a several-second delay before executing, it was inconvenient to use as I wanted. I used a 3-star property instead of a motel to celebrate a special day, but knowing this I would have rather spent more money and used Signiel. I have no intention of returning; next time I would either choose a cost-effective motel or pay more for a 5-star. I write this honest review hoping it helps others ~

I used this place to go to Lotte World with my kids (two 8-year-old daughters), and the room smelled wonderful as soon as we entered. The staff at check-in were very friendly, and we tried the breakfast for an extra charge — the sandwiches and drinks were tasty~! It was quiet, pleasant, and great in many ways! We'll use it again :)

The staff were very kind and the location was excellent. The room was clean and well soundproofed. If I stay near Jamsil again, I will return.

I booked a special deal on Yanolja and used it well. This was my first time being assigned an accessible room, and it was more spacious than a regular room.
