The scenery is nice and it is a great spot for views. There is a place nearby to get sashimi to-go and a convenience store is close, so it is convenient.
I used a population-decline-area coupon and paid about 150,000 KRW for 2 nights? The place was better than I expected. At first I couldn't find the accommodation, but it was in the building labeled something like Elstay Citadin Grache? It seems several accommodations share one building. There are a few nearby back-alley meat bars and drinking spots, but they are full of college students... better to just order food. They said semester just ended so everyone was wandering around near the schools. The rooms have a mix of city view and ocean view... maybe a pier view? My room had a short little promenade in front and an open view of the sea, so I liked it. Lots of people were fishing; I don't know where they buy fishing rods but I'll bring one next time. The bed is twin but lightweight so you can push the two together; however there was quite a bit of dust. The air conditioner was clean. The TV supports OTT services like Netflix and D-Play? TVing is restricted as an OTT so it didn't work — each ID has to be personal. For the price I liked it! The interior is neat. But it wasn't like this the first day — after going out on the second day I noticed a strange sharp smell coming from the bathroom. What was that? If you stay multiple nights, bring extra towels and water — the room only had two towels and two bottles of water. Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste!!! Next time I want to order Lims Chicken and eat it there, five chicken drumsticks.
I want to come again with my parents next time It is a clean studio-style room~ It was convenient that the electricity does not require inserting a card to turn on They give capsule detergent upon request and there was plenty of parking!
Located at the innermost part of Yeongdo, it is a bit far to go into downtown areas like Nampo-dong or Seomyeon, but I recommend it if you want a quiet spot. The facilities are very good. The front desk staff were also kind. There is no subway, but the bus stop is two stops away at the final Taegjongdae stop, so buses come frequently. There is an underground parking lot, so parking is sufficient.
Once in early June and then again!!! It was clean and more satisfying than I expected, so I find myself using it often!

If you're staying in Yeongdo, it's a good value.
The accommodation was clean and nice. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste were not provided. I had a comfortable sleep.
