Acceptable forms of identification include a Resident Registration Card or driver’s license. (Pass, Government 24) are also accepted.

All rooms offer OTT services such as Netflix, Disney+, TVING, and Watcha (accessible via the hotel account).

Items provided in the hotel may not be taken outside the hotel.

All room rates are based on double occupancy.

- For additional guests: 10,000 won for children aged 36 months or older but under 8 years old / 20,000 won for guests aged 8 or older

- Additional breakfast: Free for children 36 months and under / 7,000 won for children aged 8 and older and adults

Check-in will not be permitted if you refuse to present valid identification.

Room photos are intended to show guests the general condition of Go-Wol Hotel rooms; therefore, the room assigned at check-in may differ from the photos.

Please leave your room key at the front desk when you go out, as it may be lost.

(A fee of 10,000 won will be charged if lost.)

Please adhere to the designated check-out time to allow for room inspection and cleaning.

Food served at the restaurant may not be taken out under any circumstances.

Please finish any food you have brought in and leave it in the entryway. (Eating on the bed is prohibited.)

Saturdays and the day before public holidays – Check-in at 9:00 PM / Check-out at 12:00 PM the following day

Sundays and public holidays – Check-in at 8:00 PM / Check-out at 2:00 PM the following day

All other weekdays – Check-in at 2:00 PM / Check-out at 2:00 PM the following day

Our hotel's last check-in time is 3:00 AM the next day.

If you wish to check in after the last check-in time, please contact the hotel.

If there is no contact, it will be treated as a No-Show. If it is treated as a No-Show, a refund is not possible, so please contact us before the time.

If the name of the booker and the guest staying are different, please inform us in advance.
