The accommodation was clean and nice.

Neat and easy to park, with restaurants in the shopping area and a convenience store, so we rested very comfortably!

Clean, spacious, and nice ^^ The owner even upgraded our room, which was great. There is an outlet mall and many good restaurants nearby, so getting around is very convenient. Great value for the price. The parking lot is spacious, which I really liked 😀

I booked it for a friends' gathering, and everyone was very satisfied, so the person who made the reservation felt good too.

The cleanliness is spotless and good. Preparing meals at the accommodation is difficult: there is no rice cooker, no pot — you can barely boil two packs of instant noodles — and there is not even a microwave if you want to eat instant cooked rice. Bottled water is not provided and there is no water purifier, so you must bring everything.

The station, IKEA, the amusement park, and the outlet are all within walking distance, so I think this place is really ideal for people who come without a car. The location is easy to find, and since it is an apartment building, securing a parking spot and the generous parking space were nice (EV charging available). It is a new building, so it was clean, which goes without saying. One drawback: I contacted the host to change our check-in time and did check in, but due to a lack of communication the room was still being cleaned. We had to wait outside and then quickly drop off our luggage without any rest. Since we were traveling, a late check-out would not have been necessary for us. Also, anyone else choosing this room should not expect a view. From the living room balcony you can only catch a glimpse of the sea sideways. And for the smaller bedroom, you can see the next-door unit right away, so you cannot open the curtains. The accommodation randomly assigns either a bed room or an ondol room; we got ondol, and the topper placed on the floor was not a bed mattress topper but looked like a children's play mat. My back hurt so much I could not sleep. This needs to be improved. We stayed two nights and both nights we could not sleep. Having two bathrooms is nice, but neither is a dry-style bathroom and there were no indoor slippers, which was hard to understand.
