I came for my boyfriend's graduation ceremony, and booking here instead of a pension was a brilliant choice. Each floor has a microwave, and the first floor had a variety of snacks, coffee, and games prepared, which I loved. I will probably visit again. It was also nice that it was clean.

I visited for my boyfriend's completion ceremony. There were many food items in the lobby so I bought some and brought them, and the staff were so kind that I could stay in a great mood! It was also nice to be able to stay longer than at other places, and it was close to the enlistment screening center. The soundproofing was a bit lacking, but it was a good price so I left happy.

Breakfast is provided exclusively for overnight guests from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (toast, strawberry jam, coffee or tea); one cup of instant noodles per guest is provided free of charge upon request; a fully automatic coffee machine (free hot and iced coffee available) is in operation; please request an iron in advance if needed.

Check-in is based on two guests per room; payment at the front desk is required for additional guests. Some rooms are equipped with bidets. Please inquire in advance when booking, and we will prioritize assigning such rooms.

Free use of the outdoor barbecue area is available when booking both the night before your departure and the day of departure in advance(Please be sure to contact the accommodation in advance regarding use of the barbecue area.)

The front desk is open from 10:00 AM to midnight. Please call 041-742-5377 if you need light meals (such as rice bowls, fried rice, and simple snacks) or have any questions.

We have prepared pet-friendly rooms for dog owners, so please feel free to stay comfortably with your beloved pup. Additional fees apply^^ Bloodstains on the sheets will incur a 30,000 won laundry fee. Since dye stains on sheets or pillows cannot be washed out, you will be charged 10,000 won for a replacement pillow and 30,000 won for a replacement sheet. (If you’re concerned about staining the sheets or pillows because your dog was recently dyed, please let the front desk know and we’ll take care of it.)

Smoking Information: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking inside a room will result in immediate eviction, no refund, and a compensation fee of 150,000 won (which will be charged even after check-out). Please be sure to smoke only in the designated outdoor area on the first floor of the building. Please understand that this policy is intended to maintain comfortable room conditions, not to collect compensation.

Information on Bringing Your Dog: Dogs weighing 10 kg or less are allowed in the room, subject to an additional fee of 20,000 won (which includes a potty pad and treats) and a 100,000 won security deposit. The security deposit will be fully refunded upon checkout after inspecting the room for any damage.

Parking Information: The spacious parking lot can accommodate large trucks and buses.

Cooking Information: Breakfast is provided exclusively for guests staying between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Please enjoy your meal, and be sure to clean up afterward^^ It is acceptable to heat up takeout food in your room or food purchased from the front desk or convenience store in the microwave. However, if you use in-room heating appliances or butane gas for cooking, you will be asked to check out immediately upon discovery and charged a compensation fee of 150,000 won (this applies even after checkout) due to odors permeating the room’s wallpaper, bedding, and air conditioner, resulting in cleaning costs and lost revenue from the room’s unavailability. Please understand that our goal is to maintain a comfortable room environment, not to collect compensation.

Club Lounge Information: A shared lounge has been set up in the lobby (equipped with Nintendo consoles, PS5, Dyson Airwrap, travel chargers, Fulio leg massagers, AirPods Pro, etc.) Available for daily rental
