There are several properties in Osiria, and this seems to be the best among them. The room cleanliness was excellent. It is equipped with a basic styler, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, and water purifier, so there was no inconvenience staying here. There are separate bins for general trash, recyclables, and food waste, making waste disposal easy. At checkout I only had to dispose of food waste; unlike other places where you have to clean everything, there was no such hassle. I have stayed in Busan a few times and used other properties, but from now on I think I will stick with Odays. I had a great 4-night stay.
- I stayed for 3 nights. The accommodation was really clean, and there was a water purifier, washing machine, and dryer, which made the trip convenient~ - It was nice that IKEA, Lotte World, the luge, and an outlet were nearby. You can see them from the window^^ -
During a 2-night, 3-day trip, we spent a whole day at Lotte World and booked one nearby night for convenience. It is much more accessible than it looks on the map, it is a new building, very clean and cozy. We stayed on the 21st floor; the view of the sea from the bed was like art, and from the corridor window you can see the entire Lotte World panorama. Of course the sea is clearly visible from the living room as well. IKEA and Lotte Outlet are nearby, so you can shop to your heart's content, and the facilities are well set up. It wasn’t just accommodation—my kids said they wanted to live here. The room furniture and electronics were flawless. We rested comfortably and had a clean, relaxing stay. They kept informing us via chat about check-in, check-out, and other details, which was convenient. Next time we come to Busan, we will definitely stay here again!!
A familiar atmosphere like being at home, neat interior, well-organized utensils, a bed and bedding that allowed for a deep sleep. I wanted to add one more night but it was fully booked.. A very satisfying stay..
It exceeded my expectations and I was very satisfied.
It was so good~ incredible value for money.
I booked a 5-night stay with my three kids and it was so clean and satisfying that we extended for two more nights. I'll definitely book here whenever I come to Busan!!
The location was great! Lotte Outlet was right across the street, which was nice! I had a fun time at Lotte World with my child, checked in easily through the app, rested for a bit, went outlet shopping and had dinner—coming back was just perfect!
I liked it; the facilities are clean.
The place was great. There was a washer and a dryer, and it felt like home so it was very comfortable. It’s nice being close to Lotte World. Good for those going with kids. It was clean and I wanted to stay one more day.

1. Hours: 09:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Front desk closes at 10 PM)

4. Before check-out, please sort trash in the bins provided in the utility room and wash dishes.
5. Food waste must be disposed of in the separate recycling area.
6. Recycling Area Location: Outdoor on the 1st floor (two locations: between Buildings 101 & 102, and between Buildings 103 & 104)
7. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms (including balconies). (Violation will result in immediate eviction and a 150,000 KRW room cleaning fee)
8. Pets are not allowed.
9. Costs will be charged for damage or loss of appliances, furniture, and fixtures in the room.
10. The images in the post are representative photos and may differ from the actual room assigned.
Check-in is possible by receiving a text message without visiting the front desk.
Check-in time is 16:00, and check-in guide messages are sent sequentially starting 10 minutes before check-in time.
★If you do not receive a text message by 16:00 on the day of check-in, please contact the property immediately.
There are cases where guide messages cannot be sent because the contact information was not transmitted to the property.
If you do not receive a text message, please contact the property before the front desk closes (22:00), as refunds are not possible for this reason (No-Show policy).
Parking registration can be done by checking the text message and following the instructions. (Sent on the morning of check-in day)
Parking registration is available until 22:00 on the day of check-in. (No refunds if fees are incurred due to non-registration)
Upon registration, one vehicle per room is free; additional vehicles will incur a fee. (For registered guests: 5,000 KRW per night / Standard daily maximum 30,000 KRW)
Parking is available in the underground B1–B2 levels near your assigned building.
All vehicle types with a height of 2.3m or less can park.
Disposable items not provided: As part of environmental protection efforts, disposable items are not provided, and bathroom amenities are provided in large containers.
Personal hygiene items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste must be brought by guests.
Water bottles are not provided as a water purifier is installed.
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash (liquid) / No solid soap provided
Face towels: Set according to the standard occupancy (additional towels 1,000 KRW each) / Additional provision upon request for multi-night guests (free)
Additional bedding incurs an on-site payment of 20,000 KRW per set per night (additional charges apply per night for multi-night stays)
★All amenities can be requested until 8:00 PM on the day of check-in (subject to availability).
Room cleaning for multi-night stays: Provided free of charge once per 4 nights upon guest request.
Other requests will incur a separate fee (40,000 KRW per instance) and require prior inquiry with the front desk if needed (T. 051-742-5000)
