Facilities: Coffee machine, microwave, water dispenser, ice maker; free snacks available

Compensation will be charged for any damage or destruction to room furnishings or furniture caused by the use of candles, dyeing, or throwing objects.

Rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. An additional fee applies for 3 or more guests (20,000 won per additional guest).

Please be advised that you are responsible for any staining or damage to towels and linens caused by the use of items that cannot be laundered, such as hair dye.

We hereby notify you that compensation may be charged if we determine it is necessary.

If you check in with more guests than permitted without authorization, you will be asked to check out immediately, and the room fee is non-refundable.

Shared accommodation with three or more people is not permitted; even if all guests are adults, sharing a room with more than two people is not allowed. Please understand that even a brief stay with additional guests is not permitted. Unauthorized entry constitutes grounds for forced eviction (eviction without refund).

If you wish to extend your check-out time, a payment of 10,000 won per hour is required on-site.

Please strictly adhere to check-in and check-out times to allow for room maintenance (cleaning).

Please leave your key card at the front desk when you go out to prevent theft or loss. (A 20,000 won fee applies for lost key cards.)

For stays over weekends, public holidays, or specific dates, a one-time day-use fee will be added in addition to the room rate.

You may be assigned a room of the same type but different from the one shown in the photo.

Anti-theft systems are installed on hotel furnishings.

Lost and Found: Unclaimed lost items will be held for up to 2 weeks before being disposed of.

We do not offer a lost-and-found delivery service.

We are not responsible for lost items after check-out.

Same-day cancellation: 0% refund

Cancellation 1 day in advance: 50% refund

Cancellation 2 days in advance: 70% refund

Cancellation 3 days in advance: 100% refund

Shared accommodations between minors and adults are restricted. (Shared accommodations with three or more adults are prohibited, except for families.)

Minors may check in only when accompanied by a parent.

Identification will be verified upon check-in; failure to present valid ID will result in restricted access, and cancellations or refunds will not be permitted.

Starting at midnight, we kindly ask all guests to

please be mindful of noise levels.

Loud noise or shouting that prevents others from enjoying their stay will result in two warnings, after which you will be asked to leave (no refunds).

Please be considerate of your neighbors and cooperate to avoid disturbing nearby rooms.
