Because of frozen pipes the 2nd floor was closed so we moved to the 3rd floor to stay, but the cleaning... what is that...? There was a rag on top of the comb I use... long hairs, even gray hairs... the room felt smaller... I asked just in case... sigh... this is really awful... I understood the frozen pipes and it was only two nights so I tried to let it go, but the woman at the desk who assisted us spoke as if she wanted to pick a fight... I will never go again. The man was really kind though... Oh! The room was cold... it seems only the 2nd floor has individual heating. The bathroom was dirty... they covered a dent on the floor with clear box tape... the wallpaper has yellowed and is peeling.
