The facilities were excellent, and the tea ceremony experience was especially wonderful. The interior was also very neat.
Reasonably priced for the facilities, and I loved that it was a concept stay you can enjoy in the city. I had a very relaxing time.
I booked this place for a business trip. I've stayed at many business hotels, but a 9 PM check-in was shocking. When I heard check-in was at 9 PM I expected something special, but it was no different and that was shocking. The room was so small it was shocking. I thought maybe I expected too much and tried to give up and sleep, but I could hear loud talking from a nearby special room very clearly, which was shocking. The pillows and mattress deserve praise, but this was a property I never want to return to...
The hinoki bath, sauna, and so on were excellent.

3. Liability for Violating Safety Rules: If a fire or damage to the facility occurs due to a violation of these rules or negligence, you may be liable for damages under Article 750 of the Civil Code and may face criminal liability (for arson) in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. These measures are in place for everyone’s safety, so we ask for your active cooperation.
