Bugok Hot Springs in Changnyeong are famous. I visited the Royal Hotel that I've been going to for years. The hotel stay includes sauna access, but even if you don't use the sauna, everything is taken care of in the room, which is nice. The location is good—you can walk to nearby restaurants.

Please do pest control in the guest room (flies are flying around)

The accommodation is clean and the bathtub is spacious, which I like. The gym facilities are clean, there is water and towels, and the machines are new, so I like it.

It is clean. However, I use it almost every week and the room rates are relatively very expensive. The cost performance is noticeably worse than nearby hotels. Even on weekdays, having room rates close to 300,000 won is hard to understand. It is as expensive as Gangnam in Seoul. Before I take my business elsewhere, how about adjusting the prices?

The hot spring water is really great. I visit Bugok Hot Springs regularly, and it is nice every time I come. The public sauna on B1 is also really great. I went right at 5:30 AM, and maybe because the lighting is bright, the atmosphere felt really cheerful, which I liked. The room condition is also really good. One disappointing point is that the shower hose in the family bath was torn and water was leaking everywhere. I could not use the shower. I mentioned it at checkout, so hopefully it will be fixed? Please be sure to replace the shower hose in family bath 604. Other than that, it was excellent.
