I stayed one night on June 28, 2026. The facilities were like a clean city motel, not a hotel. The Jjimdak Alley and Galbi Alley are a bit far to walk to. The staff were friendly, but my overall stay was not satisfactory. First, I booked because I saw that I would have access to the lounge on the 9th floor. However, on the day of my stay I received a notice message saying the lounge could not be used. After checking again, I found a line about this at the bottom of the booking confirmation message, and the message on the day provided a relatively detailed explanation. I accept some responsibility for not checking the notice messages carefully. The biggest problem, though, was that I was assigned a room on the 8th floor directly below the 9th-floor construction. Construction started before 8:00 a.m., and the noise and vibration woke me so that I could not sleep from that time. Of course, some guests get up early, but many people on trips go to bed late and wake up late. I was startled awake by the sudden construction noise and vibration, felt distressed, and could not rest enough, which affected my travel plans the next day. What surprised me even more was what I saw when I left the room to check out. The entire 8th-floor corridor was essentially being used as a construction site, and right in front of my room they were even cutting materials with a saw. The workers seemed surprised to see me come out of my room, as if they had not been informed that there were guests staying on that floor. I understand that construction may be unavoidable. However, it was very disappointing that a floor directly under an active construction site was operated without sufficient guidance or consideration, and that guest information did not appear to have been properly shared with the workers. In short, aside from the friendly staff, the stay itself was a very disappointing experience for a guest who expected a comfortable rest.
I thought it was a hotel but it was a motel... The unmanned service and facility upgrades were good. I used the washer, dryer, and clothes styler well. The interior was designed to look good in photos. It's better not to expect hotel-level comfort.
I had a great rest!!!!!!!
Clean, the bed is soft and comfortable I was on a business trip and rested well.
The staff are friendly, it's clean, and the breakfast is good.
The room was clean and well maintained. I slept well. There is a dryer and a small snack shop on the 9th floor. There's a convenience store nearby, and breakfast consisted of toast and milk.

Every area smelled nice and was clean. The breakfast was tasty so I was satisfied. Thank you.
It's clean and I like it. The staff are friendly.
I visited with friends; it was neat and clean! I recommend this accommodation.

I noticed the property's name changed—did you revamp the breakfast? I'm curious!!
