⭐️It seems that customers who booked through Yanolja cannot leave reviews on Naver, so please keep that in mind when making a reservation...⭐️ I have used Wave M West and East many times, but when I asked for the receipt for my payment at checkout... they said they could not give it to me. I thought businesses could print payment details from the app or elsewhere... Maybe they were busy because it was checkout time. I can understand being busy, but it didn't feel good. If they had always responded the same way when I asked for a receipt, I would understand, but I have never left without receiving one before..... I don't know what the reason is, but they told me to contact Yanolja..ㅠㅠ The room is great but the staff response is a bit disappointing... We come once or twice a year for anniversaries and usually leave feeling happy, but this time was really disappointing....... Really... very unfortunate... Even when I called, the desk staff handled it, so after hesitating I decided to leave a review.........

The room view was an ocean view and very pretty, and they upgraded our room! The night view was especially beautiful hehe.

Spacious, clean, and friendly. I would like to visit again.

It was very spacious and pleasant.

Even though it's on the West Sea, the view was so beautiful I was moved... The gym and pool were just the right size, and because it's a new hotel it was clean. I want to visit again, haha.

The view is really good, and the room is spacious. I rested comfortably. One drawback is the bathroom towel rack keeps coming off; I saw reviews mentioning this and it seems it hasn't been repaired. Breakfast is, honestly, so-so.

Best value for money. The sea is beautiful and the rooms are top-notch.
