It was spacious and nice. There was a pool, and they provided plenty of disposable items, so it was really, really great.
The facilities are clean, so it is comfortable to stay here.

This was my second visit.. It was very nice. The room condition was good.
Brix is one of the best places in Eungam haha The bed is comfortable and it guarantees a great sleep But this time there were hairs in the bathtub and on the bathroom sink so that was a bit off... :( Please pay more attention to cleaning next time! Other than that, it is a very satisfying place!! I will use it again next time~~~~~~~~~~°°°°

Everything is good. There were no bugs that day, but the cleanliness was still not very good.
The room size and water pressure and most other things are fine, but there are really way too many bugs, and the cleanliness is somewhat poor.

Please use the Penthouse outdoor pool carefully to prevent water from overflowing.
- If water overflows into the hallway, it may cause a power outage or elevator leaks.
- Please be aware that guests are liable for any damages caused by water overflow.
(Guests arriving late should contact the hotel in advance.)
Parking is limited to one vehicle per room. (Parking for two or more vehicles is not permitted.)
The listed rates are based on double occupancy.

- If the number of guests exceeds the reservation upon arrival, check-in will be denied and no refund will be issued -
The penthouse accommodates up to 4 guests (same-sex guests or family members only).
The penthouse outdoor pool may not be available during the winter due to the risk of freezing.
Please use the penthouse outdoor pool carefully to prevent water from overflowing.

All rooms are based on a 2-person occupancy (excluding the Penthouse and Duplex); failure to comply may result in immediate eviction.

Violating these rules may result in immediate eviction (no refunds).
