■ Check-in: Use the “Sky-Blue Kiosk” dedicated to Dalbit Stay, located on the 1st floor of the Halla Western Park building lobby.

On the reservation creation date, a 4-digit reservation number will be automatically sent via text message to be entered at the kiosk.

※※※Note: For same-day stays after midnight, you must book for the previous day. Please be aware that if you book for the incorrect date, check-in will be at 4:00 PM, not in the early morning. ※※※

■ Check-out: 11:00 AM

■ Late Check-out Extension (until 1:00 PM at the latest)

: If you plan to check out after 11:00 AM, please request a late checkout (for a fee) in advance. If you check out late without prior request, an additional fee of at least 10,000 won will be charged starting at 11:15 AM.

(Please strictly adhere to the checkout time. Additional fees may apply if you exceed the checkout time.)

Parking Information

■ Vehicle Registration Procedure: After check-in, present your reservation details to the parking attendant at the parking information desk in the 1st-floor lobby to register your vehicle.

(If no parking attendant is present, please fill out the registration form or contact us by phone; text messages cannot be received.)

■ Parking Areas: Basement Levels 1–3 (Parking near the entrance to Buildings A and C is convenient.)

■ Parking Fees (Charges apply to long-term guests staying 30 nights or more): For stays of 30 nights or more, a monthly parking fee of at least 20,000 won per vehicle will be charged.

※ This property is a residential-style accommodation facility; we do not provide additional room amenities beyond those included in the standard room setup.

※ As an eco-friendly property, we do not provide disposable items as standard. (No disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, robes, or slippers.)

※ Bottled water is provided only once as a welcome drink upon initial check-in, regardless of the length of your stay, and will not be provided additionally.

※ The in-room washing machine is available for use, but laundry detergent is not provided.

※ Additional towels are provided only for stays of two nights or more. If needed, please request them directly at the front desk, and we will deliver them between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

※ Cell phone chargers and wine openers are not provided in the rooms.

※ Please dispose of general trash in the general trash can in front of the sink, food waste in the food waste bin under the sink, and recyclables at the recycling station on the B1 level.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Guidelines

Room Cleaning Guidelines

For stays of 7 nights or more, bedding is changed once a week (weekdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM). This is typically scheduled to coincide with the day you checked in, and we will notify you the day before.

On other days, please clean your room using the cleaning supplies provided in the room.

※If you require room cleaning, a separate fee will apply.
