No elevator!!!! I almost died dragging my suitcase up to the 4th floor. They said check-in at 4, but then said check-in is at 5..... they seem to not know anything. Important!!!!!!!!!! It seems like they don't clean properly; they just empty the trash. Do you not clean the toilet? I was really shocked. Wow...... it's literally a poop party......... There's no toilet paper..... it only looks clean on the surface..... fake remodeling.... If you open the next room's door it's a big accident lol the doors open the same way lol The 4th floor seems like it was built on the roof, weird layout and the toilet position is strange. The grout is full of pink mold^^^^^^^^^ I regret not paying more to go somewhere cleaner a million times over...... Because of the bed I can't use the vanity chair^^ Dirty, poor facilities, only looks nice on the outside. I will never go again^^ Please at least clean the toilet bowlㅋ It was so gross I nearly threw up^^
