I almost slept with bugs in the room. The room was in that condition, they didn't answer the phone at dawn, and when they finally answered they said they couldn't verify it and hung up. I even bought and sprayed Efkillah at dawn, but bugs were crawling all over the curtains. So I booked another accommodation in the same building, slept there and left, but they didn't answer calls the next day. When I called on Monday they said a refund was difficult. They said because we had entered the room and used the bathroom, a refund was not possible. Please check before you make a reservation. In the end we paid again and left while sleeping. I read your response carefully. We arrived, went out to eat, and when we returned after showering we checked to sleep and found many small bugs on the curtains, so we killed them with Efkillah. Even so there were too many bugs so we moved to another room. I don't understand why you are so sure that we opened the window.

We suddenly took a trip to Yangyang with my husband and booked at the last minute, but the accommodation itself was clean and nice. The ocean view was great — sigh. I don't want to nitpick, but the previous guests must have eaten crab because the craby fishy smell didn't go away and the room was full of that odor, so we opened the window and sprayed a portable perfume!! Other than that, everything was really great.
