I booked this place to see a performance at the Arts Center. It was close to the venue and easy to find, though I wished there had been a sign or marker. I did QR code contactless check-in and check-out, and I was worried about parking, but I ended up not parking and just used the place briefly. The hot water took a little while to come out, which might have been because it was very cold that day. Heating was good, but the bedroom had some drafts so it was a bit chilly. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all nice, so I would recommend this place.
It was clean and comfortable. Small in size, but it had a kitchen, and I liked that the bedroom and living room were separated.
Minors may not use this facility without a guardian.
This building is a public facility; self-quarantine is not permitted.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A special cleaning fee will be charged for smoking.
Do not damage or remove any room amenities. If any amenities are damaged or lost during your stay, you will be charged for the loss or damage.
We do not compensate for lost valuables in the room, so please take care of your belongings.
Amenities such as bathrobes and chargers are not provided. We ask for your understanding that you must bring these items with you.
In accordance with government environmental protection guidelines,
WicoStay will no longer provide single-use items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers) in guest rooms starting January 1, 2024.
(Single-use soap will be replaced with a reusable hand wash.)
It is not possible to add guests beyond the maximum capacity.
Infants and toddlers aged 36 months or younger are not counted toward the total number of guests and may not be accommodated if the maximum capacity is exceeded.
Paid parking is available in the underground parking garage (B2–B5) within the building, with one vehicle per room.
Guest Discount: 900 won per 30 minutes (Please call the hotel when parking in the underground garage.)
If additional vehicles are not registered, the off-site parking rate will apply (3,000 won per 30 minutes)
The parking lot entrance is located on the left side of the building.
Parking is available for all vehicle types with a maximum height of 2.3 meters.
The parking lot is likely to be full during peak seasons and on weekends. If the lot is full, you will need to use a nearby parking lot at your own expense.
