Daejeon D'Empress Hotel

Everything about the stay was very satisfactory, but the odor management was the worst... I know it’s hard for lodging businesses to manage air conditioners, but the outside of the AC looked shiny while the inside of the vent was completely covered in black... The sink drain also gave off a bad smell when I ran the water, as if it had not been cleaned separately... I’m not sure how many exhaust fans you have installed, but separate maintenance definitely seems necessary... It feels like I’m only writing negatives, so to say something positive... the bedding was practically top quality, and I was sorry I missed the breakfast because the phone lines were busy from morning. For smokers, it was a definite plus that you can go out to the terrace without a ceiling to smoke. Since it’s also a place I visit quite often from Daejeon, I do have the intention to return.

Parking was a bit difficult, but the ice machine and coffee machine on the first floor were great. The air conditioning worked well and the room was comfortable and spacious.

I visited Daejeon on a trip and was very satisfied overall. Even though it was a standard room, the room was clean and well maintained, and the bedding was cozy so I could rest comfortably. The staff were friendly and the service was good, so I will use it again when I come to Daejeon next time. Wishing you continued success!

The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and there were many restaurants and cafes nearby, so we enjoyed a satisfying two-night stay. I would stay here again when visiting Daejeon.

I often stay here during business trips to Daejeon. Good value for money, highly recommended.
