All room rates are based on a maximum occupancy of two guests, and only two guests are permitted per room.

One additional guest is permitted in a Suite (20,000 KRW per person); two additional guests are permitted in a Royal Suite (20,000 KRW per person, for a total of 40,000 KRW for two). No additional guests beyond this limit are permitted, and even temporary visitors are counted as additional guests.

For hourly room rentals, no additional guests are permitted in any room, and no additional bedding is provided.

Chargers are not provided in the rooms but can be rented at the front desk upon leaving a deposit.

If you do not return the rented charger upon checkout, an additional fee of 10,000 won will be charged.

For reservations where the reservation date has passed, cancellations or changes are not permitted for any reason, including no-shows or changes to payment information (such as changing the card and re-paying).
