I booked after seeing just one photo, but the accommodation was a bit dated. Still, it had an antique feel and we stayed comfortably. There was no staff stationed at the convenience store, so it was difficult to buy alcohol. Please note!

- Dated facilities - Cleanliness is excellent - The sink was completely clogged; since they did not unclog it, the attention to detail in management seems lacking. It felt below 4-star level in terms of facilities/management. - Soundproofing is the worst. You can hear the neighboring room's talking, snoring, even the sound of water from the room above and doors closing. Soundproofing is really, really terrible. - Cafe, gym, and pool facilities are not bad. - There is not much around besides a reservoir, but based on the hotel's location you might think it is fine for a quiet rest. - But since the soundproofing is bad, you cannot rest quietly. If someone is staying next door, you will not be able to relax as expected.

Room condition was satisfactory👍 Clean👍 Two adults and one child stayed one night; great for a staycation near Seoul~

Overall it was clean, haha. It did feel a bit dated, though.
Clean and hygienic.
Clean and pleasant.
The accommodation is definitely old, so it inevitably felt worn. Room maintenance could use a bit more attention.
Satisfied with everything, especially the breakfast, which was excellent.
The accommodation was old, but the cafe and the area around the property are great for taking photos. The parking was a bit inconvenient.

Among the places I have stayed near Seoul, this was somehow my favorite. Because it is older, some people might find parts they do not like and think the room condition is poor, but I went with my child and I really liked it (especially the ondol room). The surrounding garden and the hotel cafe looked exactly like the photos, which surprised me, and even the cafe food was delicious. I also liked the sunset view from the room, and it felt a bit like being in Gangwon or Jeju rather than just near Seoul.
