It was clean and the bedding was really nice.
A clean, well-maintained, and nice place to stay.
I booked a twin room for a trip with my adult sons, but they upgraded us one level to a Royal Twin, so we stayed comfortably. The location seems to be in the center of Seosan; once we arrived there were a lot of restaurants and hotels nearby. We stayed in Room 503. When you enter, there is a queen bed and a single bed on the left, and opposite them are a styler, television, table, and a dining table. The bathroom is neatly arranged and has a bathtub. There is a hair dryer and a hair straightener here; the hair dryer only operates when you press a button where the dryer is, and it turned off while we were using it. I wondered why, and it seems it is set to turn off automatically after a certain amount of time. There was no heated pad on the bed, so it felt a bit chilly; I filled the hot water bottle I brought and slept warmly. The television had Disney, Tving, and Netflix already logged in, so we were able to watch even without our own accounts. When we woke up, my son who slept on the single bed said the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The queen was fine... For breakfast, when you go down to the first floor they gave prepared sandwiches, boiled eggs, and yogurt, and you can also cook ramen nearby. It was a little cold on the first floor, so we quickly ate the ramen and brought the sandwiches back to the room to eat.
Seosan is close to Seoul and has many sights, so I visit often. I have tried various accommodations and also checked out other places near Seosan Lake Park. But this place was the friendliest, cleanest, and warmest. They offered a simple breakfast, but I passed since I don't eat breakfast. I plan to go again.
The accommodation was very clean and the bedding was very satisfying, and I was pleased in every way with nothing to fault regarding the staff's friendliness or the breakfast buffet. If I have another chance to go to Seosan, I would return.
The parking lot was spacious and nice~~~

- Small dogs (up to 5 kg): Additional fee of 30,000 KRW per night (separate from room rate) + 100,000 KRW deposit
Note: Large dogs (5 kg and over) are not permitted.
- Rooms are operated separately as Prestige Table Rooms and VIP Rooms.
- Dogs must wear diapers while in the room—a fine of 200,000 won will be imposed for non-compliance.
- Dogs are not permitted in the first-floor cafeteria.
- Only one family with a pet dog is allowed per room
- Bathing pets in the bathroom is prohibited—a fine of 200,000 won will be imposed for violations
- Damage to wallpaper: 200,000 won; defecation or urination on bedding or pillows: 200,000 won; other damages will be billed at actual cost
- A 100,000 won security deposit is required for dogs and must be paid at check-in.
(The deposit will be refunded 30 minutes before checkout, after contacting the front desk and completing an inspection.)
- Dogs must be transported in a carrier when moving within the hotel.
