It is spacious and quiet, so it is good for a comfortable rest. The parking lot is large, and I thought it would be nice if there were a convenience store nearby. For breakfast, think of it as just toast and drinks.

I couldn't take pictures of the room, but it seems they upgraded my room, and the simple morning breakfast was really filling and nice. I had a good rest in a quiet, lovely room!
The staff were all friendly and it was clean. I went with my child and the hygiene was excellent. Not only the bathroom but also the windowsills, bedding, and air purifier were provided, which was nice. The next day it was cleaner than the Ko* Hotel and the breakfast was simply prepared and pleasant. I recommend it.
I booked this place after a lot of 고민 because it had been such a long time since I last visited Gyeongju, and it turned out to be an excellent choice.ㅎㅎ The price for 2 nights was reasonable, and because I booked through the hotel stay grand opening event, it seems they upgraded our room. My two kids really enjoyed the large spa while watching YouTube.ㅎㅎ Among the places I've stayed recently, this was the best value for the price. I would recommend it to anyone traveling to Gyeongju.ㅎㅎ - A simple breakfast (boiled eggs, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee, snacks, etc.) was available free for guests, so it was great to grab a quick bite before going out. - There are washers and dryers on the 2nd floor that guests can use for free. While sightseeing over consecutive nights we accumulated laundry, so it was nice to be able to wash and wear clean clothes again. - The accommodation is near Bulguksa, so it was quiet and there were many pretty cafes. Within walking distance of the property are Doosan W Mart and convenience stores, which was convenient. - I met two staff members at the front desk and both were friendly. Because we stayed multiple nights they gave us extra towels and bottled water. The bathroom was stocked with body wash and shampoo, which was convenient.

Parking was not bad, overall it was tidy, and I liked having a light breakfast of toast in the morning.
Clean and convenient to use, very satisfying... They also provided a simple breakfast, so I was able to rest comfortably.
A very clean and comfortable place ^^
There is plenty of parking, and being in front of Bulguksa makes it good for sightseeing.
So-so... Comments said the breakfast service was good, so I went, but it was just a simple breakfast like toast and cereal, so it was disappointing. Not sure if it's good value for money.
The biggest unexpected delight of my 2-night, 3-day walking trip to Gyeongju was H Avenue Bulguksa Branch (first time using it). After a tiring 4-hour hike on Day 2 at Namsan, I dragged my exhausted body to H Avenue, which I had booked because it was close for the next day's Bulguksa and Seokguram schedule. At check-in the manager was very kind and upgraded our room (maybe there were vacant rooms?). When I opened the door I automatically said wow! The room was very spacious, spotless, had a great view, two double beds, and even a whirlpool!!! I was so moved. The bed was so comfortable I slept very well, and the simple but substantial breakfast filled me up, so I was able to enjoy Day 3 feeling refreshed and happy. It's a brand-new hotel with excellent value☆☆☆☆ Manager, thank you so much♡ Thanks to you I really rested well^^ I wish H Avenue, which sincerely cares for guests' comfort and operates well, continued success!
