I discovered this while on a business trip to Geomdan due to the new POSCO construction. It was clean, there was no bad smell, and the water pressure was strong enough to make the faucet move. I plan to visit often.

☆ Room Usage Policy

All rooms are based on 2 people per room.

Additional guests are only allowed in Massage / Signature / Twin rooms.

Additional guest fee: 15,000 KRW per person.

No mixed-gender groups of 3 or more people in a room.

If there is no prior request, rooms will be randomly assigned within the booked room type.

‘Yeogiya Surprise Special’ products will have smoking/non-smoking rooms assigned randomly.

Minors are not allowed to check in, regardless of gender or mixed-gender groups.

Cancellations/refunds are not possible for denied entry due to minor bookings or lack of ID.

No pets allowed; cancellations/refunds are not possible for this reason.

☆ Parking Information

Total of 30 parking spaces available.

Guests staying overnight or for Day Use can park for free during their usage hours.

Parking is limited to 1 vehicle per room. For additional vehicles, please consult with the affiliated property. An hourly charge of 2,000 KRW will apply.

☆ Check-in/Check-out / Refund Policy

Cancellations/refunds are not possible after check-in time or after check-in is complete.

Additional charges will apply if check-out time is exceeded.

Rates may vary on holidays and during peak season.
