- Check-in is not permitted if the maximum occupancy is exceeded, including infants and toddlers, and cancellations or refunds are not available for this reason.

- Due to the nature of real-time booking, duplicate reservations may occur, and your reservation may be canceled.
- A cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made due to a change of mind or for reasons attributable to the guest.
- In the event of damage to or loss of the property’s belongings, you must compensate according to the property’s standards.
- Pets are not allowed in the rooms.
- Failure to observe basic etiquette, or any behavior that causes harm or discomfort to others, is grounds for immediate eviction.
- To prevent fires, cooking and the use of open flames are prohibited in guest rooms.
- Minors unaccompanied by an adult will not be permitted to check in, and no refunds will be issued.
