I had a comfortable stay~
The room condition was good and I was able to rest comfortably.
There was a small attic room, so it was convenient and nice to order delivery and eat hehe. The facilities are clean and feel luxurious ^^
1. Staff were unfriendly I called the day of my reservation before check-in to request cleanliness, but the staff didn't know the guest name, which reservation it was, or which room it was and just replied "yes" and ended the call. 2. I tried to use the bathtub but gave up immediately because of mold and rust stains. 3. The remote control had old-looking food stains on it; it looked sticky and shows the cleaning was terrible. 4. Our room was 202, right in front of the elevator, and there was no soundproofing at all—you could hear both women and men talking clearly. I had booked two nights but canceled because upon arrival I was told I could only stay one night.
I stayed while going to watch baseball; it was clean and the location was just right!! It's also close to Haenggung-dong, so I'll visit again next time I go to Suwon.

Considering the building's age, the room hygiene was relatively good. However, there were many inconveniences with the facilities and soundproofing. First, the bathtub drain was clogged so the water would not drain, and the toilet seemed to be malfunctioning because it flushed by itself all night even though no one used it. That noise kept waking me and I couldn't rest properly. In addition, you could clearly hear people talking and on the phone in the next room, so the soundproofing is very weak. The overall facilities need inspection.
Water in the bathroom does not drain.
This is the best around here.
The place is clean, quiet, and nice. I was able to rest comfortably.

After 5:00 PM, 8 days prior to the check-in date, through 5:00 PM, 5 days prior to the check-in date: 90% refund
After 5:00 PM 8 days prior to the check-in date through 5:00 PM 5 days prior to the check-in date: 70% refund
After 5:00 PM 5 days prior to the check-in date through 5:00 PM 3 days prior to the check-in date: 50% refund
From 5:00 PM 3 days prior to check-in until 5:00 PM 1 day prior to check-in: 20% refund
From 5:00 PM 1 day prior to check-in until the day of check-in or in case of a no-show: No refund
A cancellation fee may apply.
No cancellation fee will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 10 minutes of booking. (Excludes cancellations made after the check-in time has passed.)
If 10 minutes have passed since booking, the cancellation and refund policy for that specific property will apply.
The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen valuables.

If the hotel recovers lost or stolen items, we will return them after a brief verification process, such as confirming your guest status and the item’s characteristics.
