There was a smell from the entrance... a sewer smell... and the garbage service was a mess. The staff were rude. I arrived at dawn and their faces looked sour from the start... ordering customers around!! Swearing!! They treated guests like beggars. The manager arrived late, and when I said I would complain to the owner, he sneered, "How would someone like you know our owner?" He taunted me and seemed to be provoking me. It looked like he had been drinking heavily. He said he could just get a job somewhere else. I have never experienced a hotel like this... Never ever go to a place like this. I am considering filing a complaint with the Korea Tourism Organization to request revocation of the hotel's license!!
This is my favorite budget accommodation in Seoul.
It was good. Everyone was kind.
I rested comfortably.
1. Minor Accommodation Information
In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors [under 19 years of age (excluding those who turned 19 on January 1 of the current year)] can only stay with the accompaniment of a legal guardian.
Upon check-in, you must present a valid passport or ID (with photo) at the front desk.
If identity cannot be confirmed, the hotel may refuse entry.
2. Refusal and No Refund Notice for Minor Reservations
If a minor makes a reservation, entry will be refused, and no refund will be issued.
3. Civil and Criminal Liability for False or Forged Minor Accommodation Consent
All issues that arise after check-in are the responsibility of the legal guardian, and our company assumes no liability for any loss or damage whatsoever.
Furthermore, civil and criminal liability will be incurred if minor accommodation consent is forged or if the hotel is harmed.
4. Check-in: 3:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
Paid parking for 1 car per room is available on a first-come, first-served basis before the lot is full, and it is self-parking.
High-end imported cars such as Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maybach, Porsche, trucks, buses, and other special vehicles cannot be parked.
Parking fee per car: KRW 30,000 (additional hourly fee after check-out)
The entire hotel, including guest rooms, is non-smoking. If smoking occurs, a fee of KRW 300,000 will be charged, including room fees and cleaning costs such as disinfection.
Breakfast service has been temporarily suspended to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We appreciate your understanding.
Co-ed groups of 3 or more are not allowed. (Refunds and cancellations are not possible if booked without prior inquiry.)
In any case, if property damage occurs due to damage within the hotel or room, legal liability may be incurred.
