The refrigerator isn't cold, the TV keeps turning off, there's no extra toilet paper, and even though it's called 4-star it's cramped and they are extremely stingy with electricity and supplies. You can see nearby apartments, which is a bit odd.
The place is small but the staff are friendly in their service It's quiet and overall clean, so I like it 😀

The facilities are luxurious and the staff are friendly. The breakfast really has the feel of a proper hotel breakfast. It's beyond the level of a typical Korean buffet... This is one of the few hotels I have recommended to other acquaintances.
