Smoking in guest rooms or within the building will result in a fine of 100,000 won pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and smoking in guest rooms may result in charges for all deodorization-related expenses.

Additional fees may apply for consecutive nights depending on the room type; please contact the property in advance.

Early check-in or late check-out incurs an additional fee of 20,000 won per hour and is available only if rooms are available on the day of check-in and the day of check-out.

Pets are not allowed in guest rooms.

The hotel is not liable for the loss of valuables.

If additional guests exceed the maximum occupancy limit, you may be asked to check out immediately, and no refunds will be issued.

This facility does not permit mixed-gender groups of three or more people or minors. No refunds will be issued if guests refuse to present identification or fail to bring it.

Please be careful not to damage the wallpaper when bringing in food, and do not attach tape to the walls.

This facility may not be used for purposes other than lodging. Any actions that violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited; please refrain from causing disturbances that may inconvenience other guests.

Please be careful of slippery floors when using the bathroom. If drainage is poor, please contact the front desk immediately.

The use of flammable materials (such as gunpowder or fireworks) is prohibited in guest rooms; guests will be held liable for damages in the event of a fire or excessive damage.

If linens or towels are stained by

hair dye or other contaminants, you may be held liable for damages.

In support of environmentally conscious ESG management, we are selling select single-use amenity sets for a fee. Please inquire at the front desk if you wish to purchase one. Reusable products—such as the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in your room—are available for free use.
