Smoking is prohibited in all areas and all guest rooms of the hotel. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.

Bringing flammable materials into guest rooms is prohibited; in the event of a fire, you may be held liable for damages.

A cleaning fee of 250,000 won will be charged for smoking in hotel guest rooms.

Pets are not allowed in the room, and cancellations or refunds due to this policy are not permitted.

Please provide the guest’s real name when making a reservation. If a nickname is used, check-in may be denied.

If a reservation is canceled due to a change of mind or for personal reasons, a fee will be charged in accordance with our cancellation and refund policy.
