It was very run-down and the water wouldn’t drain. As soon as we entered the room we asked to change rooms, but they said all rooms were full so we used it anyway. The bathroom had mold and the sink and tub drains were backing up, so we couldn’t use them. The entry sensor was broken so we couldn’t sleep all night, and the window rattled so we left in the early morning. We booked urgently because of the holiday, but the response and cleanliness were disappointing and not up to its former reputation.
