It's in Gangnam so accessibility is good. Uiwang and Gwacheon are close, so it's perfect for staying one night after a Seoul schedule and then doing Gyeonggi plans the next day. Everything else is fine but the hygiene is poor. The coffee machine... is really filthy. I brought a baby and worried they might fall in their sleep, so I pushed the bed about 10 cm away from the wall, and underneath there was dust, hair, and even toenail clippings lol. If it were my house, one vacuum would fix it, but paying over 100,000 won for a place to stay and the cleanliness is that bad. Surprisingly, the breakfast was okay. When you first enter it feels shabby, but it has exactly what you need. My child was free because under 4 is free, so it was just my mom and me — we ate well before our schedule for 20,000 won. Usually at restaurants you can't just order one dish when you're with a baby, so you would definitely spend more than 20,000 won; thinking about that, the value is good. It is a cost-effective place to stay, but I wish they would at least provide a cordless vacuum. Oh, when you open the curtains all around is blocked so there's basically no view, and because it's next to another building you can't open the curtains; this may vary by room, but for the family room there is no sunlight. In the morning you can hardly tell whether it's morning or night lol. You can only tell the time by looking at a clock! Also, parking is charged separately: 15,000 won!!!

It is a newly built place so it felt comfortable, and the necessary and detailed amenities are very well provided (there is even a shoe odor remover machine). There are good restaurants, cafes, and a convenience store nearby and the station is close, so I was satisfied. The breakfast was tidy and nice. However, one of the rooms had just a mattress; it would have been much better if it had been a bed. As someone traveling from out of town, the parking fee was also a disappointing part. T_T
