Cheonan OENS Smart Hotel

A fair-skinned staff member at the front desk was kind. The accommodation is good value and clean. If I have business in Cheonan again, I will visit again. ^^

I really liked the room condition and the breakfast. It was the same when I stayed before, but especially the staff member (a fair-skinned man wearing glasses) was very kind and made my stay very pleasant~~

The facilities seem a bit old, but the room is spacious and the bathroom is very large. I had a good one-night rest during my business trip.

I honestly did not have high expectations, but the front desk staff, room condition, and parking were all great~~ Especially the staff member was extremely friendly!!

Good service, clean, and quiet. I had a restful 3-night, 4-day stay.

First, the room itself has no window, so it felt stuffy. After showering it gets very humid and suffocating. The air conditioner seemed almost 20 years old... it did not work properly, so temperature control was not possible. The bathroom is open-plan, so the room feels more suitable for short daytime use than for overnight stays. Aside from basic hotel amenities, there were no extra services. I booked cheaply so that was okay, but the staff member on duty in the evening was unfriendly. The daytime staff were kind and warm. The OTT service only provides Netflix. Still, with breakfast included at this price, it might have been acceptable if I had stayed alone for budget reasons.

I really liked it. I had a very, very restful stay.
