I will be completely honest in this review. From the entrance it looks very clean and modern. There is no elevator. Since this accommodation is set up for barbecue by default, people who plan to bring groceries should note that. Room condition was terrible. In the bathroom there was toilet paper with what looked like feces left in the trash, possibly from previous guests. The torn sofa — even if a pet did it, it should have been repaired or compensated; the torn sofa was not fixed or repaired. Wallpaper at the floor level is peeling or torn, and mold is exposed. These should be fixed using the deposit for repairs, but most were left unrepaired. Even though they allow dogs, there was a strong dog smell and not a single decent deodorizer provided. The spa had yellow water stains that could be wiped off with a wet wipe, left neglected; as soon as you filled it, the water stains floated around. If you need hot water for instant noodles, you have to go down to the first floor because there is no electric kettle in the room. Lately many paid accommodations emphasize cleaning responsibilities, and they told us we would lose our deposit if we did not separate trash, handing us trash bags along with that warning. They said at the end that they generally return most of the deposit if you don't smoke, but the way it was presented felt like coercion. I normally do some cleaning, but considering the room condition, a 100,000 won deposit feels excessive, and being forced felt unpleasant. It seems they raised the deposit, but rather than raising the deposit I think they should focus on cleaning the rooms better. Guests who find the room cleaner would naturally take better care of it. One more thing for those who don't know: the parking lot is a 2-minute walk outside the building. It is not steep, but you do have to climb a short uphill. Personally, at this price and with this condition, I would not stay here again.
They suddenly rang the bell and came in saying they had to unplug the PC connection, entering without any explanation. I was in a 5v5 League of Legends match and they even touched the PC power cord, turned it off, and left. Heh... I use this place occasionally but this is disappointing.
Not clean... Only the entrance looks nice.. The room condition is so-so..
Honest review, just the facts. The floor and cleaning were a mess, there were lots of foreign substances, and when I woke up in the morning I even saw dogs playing with cockroaches. There was a corpse in the bathroom too. I have stayed at many motels that make guests sort the recycling themselves, but this is the first time like this. Also the computer is bad. It lags and the mouse stutters. I can hardly find any positives.

Since it is downtown Juan, I understand it might be difficult to manage room condition. Personally, I think you should reduce short-term rentals... it seems like room repair costs would be higher... sorry for being nosy. Parking, soundproofing, smell, and cleanliness all failed.
Nice. There is a heater so it is warm, there is a karaoke machine, and they sell beer.

and an additional fee of 10,000 won applies per extra person.
If you bring a pet, an additional fee applies based on the pet’s weight.

The karaoke room is available from 9:00 AM to 1:00 AM.
(For Glamping Spa Rooms: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM)

The fee for barbecue charcoal and tableware is 20,000 won. You may use the barbecue
tables on the 1st and 3rd floors. (First-come, first-served)
Please request and pay at the front desk one hour before your scheduled time.
If there is a waitlist, the usage time is limited to 2 hours.

After using your room, please sort and place your trash in the provided bags.
Bags are available at the front desk.
Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms.
• A 200,000 won room maintenance fee will be charged separately from the security deposit.

• If you use the karaoke facilities outside of permitted hours, your security deposit will not be refunded, and you will be
required to vacate the premises immediately.

• If you bring a pet and issues such as marking or damage occur, you will be charged for laundry and repair costs.
Due to the indiscriminate waste of kerosene by some customers and rising fuel prices, the use of outdoor kerosene heaters is subject to a fee. (20,000 won; usable for 6–8 hours)
