Gangjin The One Business Hotel

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. A fee of 5,000 won per 30 minutes (10,000 won per hour) will be charged for late check-out.
A fee of 20,000 won will be charged for a lost room key.
Room rates are based on occupancy for two guests; additional charges apply for guests exceeding the standard occupancy. Please verify the number of guests during the reservation process.
The fee for each additional guest is 20,000 won, and 10,000 won for children (ages 7 and under).
If additional guests beyond the maximum occupancy are found in the room, you may be asked to check out immediately, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
If a cancellation occurs due to circumstances on the part of the partner establishment, a 100% refund will be issued.
If the booking deadline has passed or the same-day booking window has closed, please contact the hotel by phone for assistance.
All rooms are non-smoking; please smoke only in designated areas. (Smoking areas: 1st-floor parking lot, 6th-floor balcony, 11th-floor rooftop)
Smoking inside the building will result in a fine of 100,000 won pursuant to Article 34 of the National Health Promotion Act, and you may be charged for all associated deodorization costs.
Pets are not allowed.
The hotel is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
Please be careful not to damage the wallpaper when bringing in food, and do not attach tape to the walls.

Please be careful of slippery floors when using the bathroom, and contact the front desk immediately if the drain is not draining properly.
The use of flammable materials (such as gunpowder or fireworks) in guest rooms is prohibited. In the event of a fire or excessive damage, the guest will be held liable for compensation.
We may request to see your ID before or after check-in. Cancellations or refunds are not permitted for refusals of check-in resulting from “reservations for minors staying alone.”
This hotel may not be used for purposes other than lodging. Any actions that violate applicable laws are strictly prohibited; please refrain from causing disturbances that may inconvenience other guests.
There is a parking lot on the first floor at the rear entrance of the hotel.
The small gravel parking lot in the alleyway next to the hotel, toward the GS25 convenience store, is also part of the hotel’s parking lot.
If there are no available spaces in the parking lot, you may park on the shoulder.
To ensure a comfortable stay, all guest rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking outside designated areas will result in a cleaning fee of 100,000 won.
Designated smoking areas: 1st-floor parking lot, 6th-floor balcony, and 11th-floor rooftop.

I've stayed at several hotels in Gangjin, and this is a clean hotel with a great view! I especially love that there is no smell of cigarette smoke... I also think the price is reasonable, highly recommend!

Wow!! It's really like a hotel. It was very clean, had no odors, and the ceilings were very high so it never felt stuffy.
Aside from a slight cigarette smell, it was clean and well maintained, and the room was spacious. There was a Styler which I used, and I went because of my child's game—if I travel that way again I would like to stay again.
The room was spacious and clean! The location is very good!! The parking lot is good too! The water pressure was a bit weak by my standards T_T Bring a toothbrush and toothpaste, etc., since you will need to buy them.
