If you arrive on Chuja Island via the morning ferry, check-in is not available until 3:00 PM; therefore, we will only pick up your luggage at the arrival pier.

To ensure a pleasant stay, all rooms are non-smoking. A fine of 200,000 won will be imposed for smoking anywhere in the building (including guest rooms, restrooms, and the shared kitchen).

Hours during which the main number is available: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Minors unaccompanied by a guardian may be restricted from entry.

Check-in after 3:00 p.m., check-out before 11:00 a.m.

In the event of a ferry cancellation due to severe weather, you will receive a 100% refund with no cancellation fee.

Please check for ferry cancellations, as no refund will be issued for same-day cancellations due to a ferry cancellation after you have checked into your cabin.

A cancellation fee applies even for same-day cancellations following a same-day reservation, so please book carefully.

Refunds will be issued based on the total room rate.

Refunds will be issued after deducting any wire transfer fees.

1–3 days prior to the date of stay: 100% cancellation fee, 0% refund

7 days prior to the date of stay: 50% cancellation fee, 50% refund
