The central heating and cooling system is operated by the building management office, which determines the supply of heating and cooling based on the outside temperature. If you are curious about the heating and cooling supply on your check-in date, please contact us in advance.

Among the amenities, the fitness center requires a separate usage fee, which can be paid at the fitness center. (12,000 KRW per person per day for guests)

Lost items cannot be sent by courier (due to identity verification and potential damage, courier service is strictly prohibited) and the storage period is 2 weeks (14 days) from the check-out date.

If you contact us before 10:00 AM on the day of cleaning, we will proceed with the in-stay cleaning.

Towels and bottled water replacement/addition for multi-night guests are only available through in-stay cleaning; if in-stay cleaning is not performed, they will be provided only once.

Use the dedicated residence parking area on B1-B4 floors of the building.

One vehicle per room can be parked for free.

Underground parking lots for Buildings A and B are connected.

After confirming your assigned building, we recommend parking in the basement and using the elevator.

You can register your parking by clicking the room guide link in the booking confirmation message.

An additional fee of 30,000 KRW per person applies for exceeding the standard occupancy.

Please contact us in advance regarding additional guests before check-in.

Requests for additional guests and extra bedding can only be made until 4:00 PM on the check-in date.

If the number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy, entry will not be permitted, and the accommodation may refuse entry. Refunds are not possible on the check-in date for this reason.

Pets are not allowed in any room.

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not allowed inside the rooms or building. If smoking is detected in the room, immediate eviction will be enforced, and a special cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged for odor removal.

- The accommodation building operates with a regional cooling system (FCU) where the building management office centrally controls the cooling/heating of the central machinery room.

- Cooling Supply Schedule: 24-hour cooling is supplied as of May 26, 2026. Cooling supply hours may vary flexibly depending on the outside temperature.

- Heating Supply Schedule: Heating is currently not supplied. Heating operates only during the winter season (November to April), and the operating period is flexible depending on the outside temperature.

- Usage Precautions: Due to the nature of the regional cooling system, only cooling or heating is supplied. After cooling supply is stopped, even if the air conditioner is turned on, it may operate in 'fan (normal wind)' mode, and cold air may not come out.

- Inspection Notice: Cooling tower cleaning and pipe inspections may be carried out periodically for efficient heating and cooling, and temporary restrictions on use may apply during inspections.

- Please contact us if you have any specific questions about its operation due to weather changes.

The bed direction, view, interior decorations, and design of the room may differ from the photos.

Hankook Gallery beds are provided in Family, Suite, Deluxe, and Standard rooms, while non-branded standard ready-made beds are provided in Standard Twin and Studio rooms. There may be differences between Standard Twin and Studio rooms, even if they are from the same company, and refunds or cancellations due to this after check-in are not possible.

If you voluntarily check in before the official check-in time, a penalty fee of 30,000 KRW will be charged for violating the terms of use.
