I like it. I will use it again.

!!!Please read!!! This is an accommodation I never want to visit again. Front desk response/check-in: Throughout the check-in the staff spoke in a tone mixed with irritation, and they even asked me to speak more nicely, which was embarrassing. They shouted and acted aggressively; I don’t understand why they would be angry or annoyed when they only needed to confirm my name and that I was an adult. 1. Excessive interference They kept asking where I was going and what I was doing, which made me feel monitored in every move and made it hard to stay comfortably. 2. Unpleasant cleanliness There were foreign substances that looked like hair and boogers on towels and bedding I did not even use. Basic hygiene management was lacking. 3. No amenities The only usable facility was basically a microwave. There were no common conveniences like a beverage bar or complimentary bottled water that you often see at other accommodations. When I asked for extra bottled water, I was told to go out and buy it myself, lol. The hallway refrigerator and freezer were full of personal food, and the corridor smelled of kimchi and other foods, like a rural farmhouse. 4. Surveillance of facility use Even when I tried to use the microwave, the staff gave me looks, so it was difficult to use it comfortably. It seemed like they had placed it there for their own meals. Service, cleanliness, and comfort all failed to meet expectations. I usually avoid writing reviews, but this is serious.
