When using the heated pool in your room (applicable to Base Suites, Honeymoon Villas, Ocean Villas, and The Castle), a separate additional fee of 110,000 won (per use, tax included) will apply.

If you wish to use the heated pool, advance reservation is required at least one day prior to check-in.

Reservations made as late as one day before check-in may not be available due to “early sell-out,” so please reserve the heated pool as soon as possible after booking your room.

Please note that it takes at least 8 hours to prepare the heated pool to ensure a comfortable environment; therefore, same-day requests for the heated pool cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding.

The in-room jacuzzi (including hot and cold water) is available 24 hours a day at no charge.

The use of bath salts is prohibited in the jacuzzi and swimming pool.
