Gongdam Stay Hotel

This was my first trip to Ulsan and I stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. Since I did a lot of leisure activities during the trip, I usually returned to the accommodation around midnight and booked it based on ratings and value, planning to just sleep. The facilities matched the photos, and I was satisfied with the king-size bed and the bathroom water pressure. However, I was very disappointed with the room cleanliness and the heating. There was a lot of dust on the floor, and I found foreign matter consisting of dried nasal mucus and clumped nose hairs, so I asked for cleaning again. They cleaned immediately after I requested it, which was fine, but I was upset that the initial cleanliness was poor. I can tolerate worn facilities, but I cannot tolerate uncleanliness. The room floor was freezing cold so I asked for the heating to be turned on, but it did not improve at all on the first day despite being told they would turn it on. I requested it again on the second day, but it was no different from the day before, so I did not want to keep asking. The air in the room was cold and I woke up several times in the night, and I ended up bringing an outdoor activity blanket to sleep under. The towels were disappointing too. The towels provided on the first day were old, worn, and very thin, and although better towels were provided on the second day, I felt that the basic supply management was inconsistent. The front desk staff were polite, but despite their friendliness the actual problems were not resolved, so I was not satisfied. It would be great if they improved the cleanliness.

I stayed here for a long business trip. In the mornings they provided breakfast and they also had a Styler, so I could wear clothes from my suitcase without wrinkles, which was very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service.

I wanted to use a spa, and while looking for a large one this place looked big at a glance so I booked it! It was as spacious and nice as I had hoped, and the bubble bath I prepared was amazing!!! I want to come back to play in the water like this again. It seems to be a size where 3–4 people can be comfortable.
