Both the bathroom and the room are spacious and clean. I'm satisfied. I will use it again when on a business trip to Yeonggwang.

We booked a family room for three, but there was only one bed with one bedding set and they demanded an extra 10,000 won per person. It felt like a room for two. Even worse, the female staff who handled us looked like she was full of complaints and spoke irritably, asking for the extra 10,000 won. When I asked why, she answered curtly. The app clearly said there would be two bedding sets, but she insisted there was only one. After I showed the app, they finally gave us one more set, but the whole experience was very unpleasant. Is this because her salary is unpaid? I don't know the reason, but I was very upset and will never use this accommodation again.

The basic price for all rooms is based on 2 people. An additional 10,000 KRW will be charged for each extra person (including children). The maximum number of guests is the capacity stated.
Rooms with a bathtub in the semi-suite are limited and assigned randomly. If you wish to use a bathtub, please inquire. Inquiry: 061-356-0101
Standard rooms have the same structure as semi-suites and are event-priced rooms.
Duplicate reservations may occur during real-time booking, in which case a full refund can be obtained through the customer service center. We will inform you as soon as the customer service center confirms.
Please refrain from excessive noise during nighttime hours, as guests may be asked to vacate immediately.
Criminal charges may be pressed for damage to or theft of room property.
Mixed-gender stays for minors are legally prohibited.
Reservations and use by minors are determined by the accommodation's policy, and refunds cannot be obtained for such reasons.

There is no parking enforcement around the building, and the adjacent restaurant's parking lot is a free public parking lot. Please feel free to use it. Thank you.
All rooms and inside the building are non-smoking. Forced eviction measures may be taken if smoking occurs.
Pets are not allowed.
For the safety and fire prevention of the rooms, direct grilling of fish or meat is not allowed inside the rooms, and personal cooking utensils (grills, charcoal, electric/heating appliances, etc.) brought in by guests are prohibited.
