It took six hours of running the air conditioner before it cooled down. At first only the fan was blowing, so it seems like it would be unusable in summer; a notice about this would be needed.

I always think the local residences are great for families. This place was clean and very well maintained, so I rested well. However, I was disappointed with the breakfast even though I received a guest discount. There are many places to eat nearby, so it might be best to use this place just for lodging.
