It's close to the station. There was a cigarette smell, but overall it was clean. I liked that the hair dryer also had a hair straightener.

When I arrived I parked, but there do not seem to be many parking spaces, so you have to park outside or only when a space is available. The room was just right for two to sleep in, and even with the window open you could not be seen, so that was fine. The toilet and shower water pressure were good, but the bathroom light was too dim; it should be made a bit brighter. Soundproofing is not great, but I still rested comfortably. The landlady is kind. The air conditioner worked, which was the best part since I get hot easily and appreciated the AC.

Good value for money, haha. Hot water worked well and I used Netflix without problems. One request is that I wish the window could be made larger so it can ventilate more. Also, the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles look like they haven't been changed for close to 10 years? Maybe longer? They probably refilled the contents, but you should replace the bottles... Using the same bottles for 10 years is too much, haha. Anyway, I enjoyed my stay, haha.

I stayed for consecutive nights; they cleaned the room for me and the facilities were fine.
