The residence I always use! The residence is always clean and the bedding is fluffy. It’s nice that you can use OTT. There are convenience stores and a supermarket nearby so it’s great for quick meals, and you can order delivery too. It’s connected to the Gyodae food alley, so it’s good for eating and enjoying the area.
This seems to be the cleanest and best accommodation near Gyodae.

Check-in is quick and pleasant. The facilities are well equipped and accessibility is good.
Because it is a residence-style property, it was easy to do simple cooking and use the washing machine.

All areas within the building, including guest rooms, are non-smoking. Violations will result in a 300,000 won penalty and immediate eviction; cancellations or refunds for this reason are not permitted.
If items provided in the guest room are damaged or lost, you will be liable for compensation based on the original purchase price.
Paid Parking Available
- Paid parking is available in the parking garage on Levels B2 through B5 of the building.
- A discount is available after registering your vehicle at the front desk.
- All vehicle types with a maximum height of 2.1 meters or less may park here.
- Underground parking spaces are limited; if the garage is full, please use a nearby paid parking lot.
Paid Parking Rates
- At the time of vehicle registration: 900 won per 30 minutes (one vehicle per room); if the vehicle is not removed within 24 hours from the time of registration, the maximum charge is 15,000 won per day
- This parking registration is a one-time process; if you leave and return to park, you must request re-registration at the front desk.
- The hotel is not responsible for any costs incurred due to failure to register for the parking discount or inability to park due to the lot being full.
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
- Slow-charging stations for electric vehicles are available in our hotel’s underground parking garage.
- You can easily use them by paying with a Ministry of Environment card or via QR code.
