I stayed here for a business trip; it's nice.
It feels dated for the price. There are mostly Chinese guests at the hotel... and there are many mosquitoes.
If you're planning to climb Hallasan, use the hotel package!! It's the best.
The lodging was friendly and pleasant.
I used a Hallasan "ride-and-go" package. The accommodation is in a location with many restaurants nearby and is easy to reach by public transportation. There is also a 24-hour Kimbap Cheonguk where you can get kimbap to go before heading to Hallasan, so I was very satisfied. The room condition was good and it was more spacious than I expected, so I was able to rest well before starting the hike. The carpool service was great — the driver kindly confirmed by phone mid-way whether we could take the descent shuttle. When we gathered in the lobby before the hike, they even filled our thermos with warm water and gave us snacks like boiled eggs, rice balls, fruit, and bottled water, which were all delicious. I will definitely use this place again when I challenge Hallasan next time.
The staff were very kind and I had a comfortable stay.
The lobby staff are friendly. This is the best accommodation for Hallasan climbers. I didn’t know if they would hold luggage during the hike, so I took everything out of the car one by one, but it was nice that they accepted it. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends when they go to Hallasan. I wanted to book consecutive nights, but it’s very popular so that was disappointing. Wishing you continued success.
You can park at the Shinjeju Public Parking Lot (52 Sin-daero 12-gil, Jeju City), located behind the hotel.
The Shinjeju Public Parking Lot is free daily from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM (noon) the following day; parking fees apply during other hours.
There are no attendants at the Shinjeju Public Parking Lot daily from 10:00 PM to 12:00 PM (noon) the following day.
If you enter or exit during these hours, you will be able to do so without payment. (No parking ticket required.)
Occasionally, after exiting the parking lot, you may receive a call from the parking lot regarding an unpaid balance. In this case, please contact the hotel front desk, and we will verify the details and settle the payment on your behalf. (Jeju Branch Front Desk: 064-797-0000)
The Shinjeju Public Parking Lot is located directly behind the hotel’s rear entrance, just a 1-minute walk away.
When you check out, please visit the front desk, and we will provide you with a parking ticket corresponding to your parking duration.

(2) For stays of 2 nights or more:
a) Day 1: Provided to cover parking time between check-in time and 10:00 PM
b) Day 2 and beyond: Provided to cover parking time between 12:00 PM (noon) and 10:00 PM
Due to regulations restricting the use of single-use items, toothbrushes and toothpaste are available for purchase from the amenity vending machine.
