Quiet and pleasant room I liked that there was a table However, the amenities were somewhat disappointing! Breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is very health-conscious.

It was clean and I had a good two-night rest! My child slept well, Breakfast was tasty, and it was nice to be able to use the pool.

It was so great!! They upgraded our room—oh my goodness haha, such an amazing room (sob) It was some kind of suite.. It had large windows so it felt very open (sob) The bed and sofa were very comfortable While we were there we got a recommendation for a sashimi restaurant and went; it was a total gem lol, great value for money!!!@@ Next time I visit Jeju, I definitely want to stay at this hotel again.
I stayed my last night of a 3-night, 4-day trip to Jeju with my child at WE Hotel. It was mid-June and chilly, so we were looking for a place with a heated pool and found WE Hotel when searching around Seogwipo. They had both indoor and outdoor pools. I had seen it on an app before and remembered the nice atmosphere. The sea water was cold, so we wanted somewhere we could still enjoy swimming. There were also plenty of great nearby restaurants. When we arrived, a yellow cat greeted us. It must be used to people because it wasn’t afraid and was very cute. We got our key at the second-floor counter and were assigned room 333 — I liked that number. The room looked very clean and tidy as soon as we entered, which made us feel good. We grabbed our swimsuits and headed to the first floor. Towels were provided, one per person. Swim caps were required for the pool, and fortunately they were provided free to guests, which we appreciated. The indoor pool had warm water, not hot but not cold either. The outdoor area had a 39°C hot tub and two cold water areas with a waterfall. My favorite was the hot tub. The weather was around 25–26°C and I had worried my child might catch a cold from playing in the water, so the hot tub was perfect. We were glad we chose this place. We had brought an inflatable tube, but if you don’t have one you can rent one for 5,000 won. One of the best parts of staying at the hotel was how friendly the staff were. They were really the best and took great care of us — we’re very grateful. The next day they opened the pool for swimming at 8:00, and although we planned to go early, our schedule was tight so we left early. Staff even helped load our luggage and were very kind the whole time. Next time I definitely want to come with my mom. My child and the child’s father alternated between the cold and hot baths and had the best time of the trip. We would definitely return.

It was pleasant and great for a walk~

It was pleasant and really great for a walk.

It was wonderful. The weather, the pool, everything was great. I'll use it again next time. Thank you haha

The facilities are clean and the staff are friendly, so I liked it.
I stayed two nights. The room was large and comfortable, but: 1. When we checked in, one of the bathroom doors was stuck inside the sliding wall, so we had to call staff and wasted about 30 minutes. 2. On the second day, since we planned to use the gym and pool, we asked for room cleaning at 11:40. We were out for three hours and it still wasn’t done; the front desk said it was scheduled after 11:40 so our turn was pushed back. 3. The hotel gave a total credit of 200,000 KRW to use on-site, but there was nowhere to spend it—enough only to buy about seven cans of cola. I spent 50,000 KRW on lunch, but the yukgaejang tasted like doenjang and the meat was tough—terrible. There was nothing worth buying with the remaining 100,000 KRW so we didn’t use it. It would have been better if the credit could also be used at an independently operated cafe; as it stands, the credit is meaningless. As someone dieting, there was really nothing to eat. 4. This place is better suited for a rental car than taxis. Taxi drivers would not accept calls or come; when we ate sashimi in nearby Jungmun and tried to get a taxi back to the hotel, drivers would not respond to the call. We were lucky to flag one down after waiting about 30 minutes on the street. 5. Breakfast was decent and tasty. 6. For two nights costing about 900,000 KRW during a holiday period, it is overall a good hotel in terms of value. 7. The weather was bad so we couldn’t walk. The wellness programs required advance reservation in person, but online they appeared as same-day bookings. When I asked at check-in the front desk seemed surprised and said it was too late. This was the most frustrating part. I picked this hotel to relax and not go out, but the programs required advance reservation contrary to what the online information suggested.
Top-tier natural environment. Be sure to try at least one wellness program! The water is great, so the swimming and sauna were also really nice!
