Minors are only permitted to stay when accompanied by a legal guardian.
Please note that pets are not allowed to stay with guests, except in pet rooms.
An unauthorized early check-in before the designated check-in time may incur a penalty fee of 30,000 KRW.
For a safe stay, please note that the property is not responsible for accidents caused by guest negligence, and in case of damage or loss of items, a claim for compensation at the original purchase price will be made.
All areas within the building, including the outdoor balconies, are non-smoking zones. Smoking will incur a penalty of 150,000 KRW or result in the inability to book accommodations at any of our branches in the future.
Guests who cause harm or threatening behavior to other users will be asked to vacate immediately.

Pet policy: One dog under 15kg (legal guide dogs and other animals are not allowed)
Submission of consent form sent via KakaoTalk after booking confirmation is mandatory. Check-in may not be possible without submission.
Movement guidelines: Use of mobility aids (leash, stroller, etc.) is mandatory. Use the pet-friendly elevator.
Important Notes:
Assistance dogs and guide dogs are allowed without restrictions.
Pets are not allowed in auxiliary facilities (swimming pool, breakfast restaurant, etc.).
Compensation may be charged for facility contamination or damage.
Disputes and accidents are to be resolved between the parties involved, and the hotel is not responsible for accidents due to guardian negligence.
In case of continuous noise, complaints, or non-compliance with regulations, guests may be asked to vacate immediately without a refund.

I had a comfortable stay~ At first there were some areas that were not fully cleaned, but they changed the room right away so I was relieved.
Not great for the price... The view is awkward and it was very dirty. Only one window opens and it is very small. I don't want to come back again T_T

I booked here because I was so satisfied with Le Collective Sokcho branch, but... In the bathroom there was a used toothbrush and a hair tie tangled with other people's hair — my husband had to pick it up himself. The floor in the room was covered with all kinds of hair ^^. The terrace screen and frame were full of dust, so we only enjoyed the view from afar. The sofa and chairs had hairs and dust on them, and many mysterious stains, so we had to put towels down to sit. I really wanted to go home immediately. The air conditioner smelled so bad we hardly used it. You could hear people walking by outside clearly... My dog was growling and barking all night because of that, and to avoid bothering others we ended up moving him to the balcony. The microwave looked like it had a lot of old, hardened food stains — it should be cleaned. We didn’t use it to warm our baby’s food; instead we bought food at a convenience store and warmed it there. This should be a motel, not a hotel. But the view was nice!^^ There is a seaside promenade right in front, which was perfect for walking. There were dog pee pads and a dog bed, which was convenient. The floor was really dirty, but luckily there were disposable slippers so wearing those helped a bit! Parking was spacious and convenient, maybe because we went on a weekday. Toothpaste/toothbrush: no, bathroom slippers: no, charger: no. I gave five stars so everyone will read this review and take it into account.

It looked well-maintained as a studio-style accommodation. The lights of Wave Park visible in the evening were lovely to look at.
