My go-to accommodation for every business trip to Busan.

I liked the facilities, location, and cleanliness.
I booked the accommodation to rest for a day while taking my mother to the hospital. It was clean and quiet, and I liked it very much. It felt like home rather than a rental, so I rested comfortably. I'll try to book it every time I go to the hospital~~

We operate remotely without a front desk. Around 4:00 PM, we will text you your room number and access code, so you can check in at 4:00 PM.
Please note that you may be unable to enter your room if you leave your cell phone in the room or if your battery dies.

A text message with instructions will be sent to the contact number you provided on the morning of check-in. Please note that we cannot provide compensation for any issues arising from missing or incorrect contact information.
Early check-in and late check-out incur an additional fee (20,000 KRW per hour, up to 2 hours) and may not be available depending on on-site conditions.
The office and customer service are open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. After these hours, please contact us via the KakaoTalk link provided in the text message you receive on the day of check-in.
As a lifestyle accommodation facility, hotel-style services (breakfast, room service, wake-up calls, pick-up, etc.) are not provided.
Starting in 2022, in accordance with government guidelines, all single-use items (toothbrushes, toothpaste) will no longer be provided in guest rooms; shampoo and body wash will be provided in large-size bottles.
Design, furniture, and decor may vary by room.
The photos shown are representative images of El Momento Osiria rooms; interior furnishings, electronic appliances, and views may differ from the photos depending on the specific room.
Simple cooking is permitted in all rooms; however, cooking meat, fried foods, and fish in the room is prohibited.
Room cleaning is provided once every three nights for reservations of four nights or more. Please contact the front desk if you require cleaning. (A fee applies for additional cleaning requests.)
Staying with more than the maximum occupancy per room is not permitted, and additional bedding will not be provided.
※ An on-site fee of 20,000 won per set per night applies for additional bedding.
Luggage storage services are not provided.
1) Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms (including verandas and balconies). If caught smoking, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged, and you will be required to check out immediately. Cancellations or refunds for this reason are not permitted.
2) As the building’s fire alarms are highly sensitive, cooking dishes that produce a lot of smoke (such as meat or fish) may trigger the building-wide alarm. Please be advised in advance that we reserve the right to seek compensation for any damages resulting from this.
3) As this is a shared facility, please be mindful not to engage in excessive drinking, loud shouting, or noise that disturbs neighbors on other floors.
4) Pets are not allowed. If a pet is found on the premises, a special cleaning fee of 200,000 won will be charged, and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately.
5) Infants and toddlers over 25 months of age count toward the total occupancy limit; occupancy exceeding the maximum capacity is not permitted.
6) In accordance with the Youth Protection Act, minors (under 19 years of age) found staying without a guardian, sharing a room with the opposite sex, or consuming alcohol will be subject to mandatory eviction. Please note that minors are not permitted to stay alone, even with parental consent, and no refunds will be issued for stays by minors. (If accompanied by a guardian, you must submit a family relationship certificate as proof.)
7) If a room is damaged due to a guest’s negligence, you must compensate for the damage based on the purchase price.
8) Parties and events are prohibited in guest rooms; if discovered, you will be subject to mandatory eviction.

- Cancellations made on the day of check-in or up to 3 days prior → No refund (100% cancellation fee)
- Cancellations made 7 to 4 days prior to check-in → 70% refund
- Cancellations made 8 days or more prior to check-in → 100% refund
